We, the employees of the City of Southaven, Information Technology  and Emergency Communications Department (I.T.E.C.), are committed to excellence, and ensuring the business of government and Public Safety is efficient by providing  communications and information technology systems that are reliable, long-term, financially viable, and secure. Additionally the Emergency Communications Division serves as the vital link between the public and emergency responders.
We continuously strive to improve services to our citizens and visitors through the expanded use of communications, computing technology, and effective telecommunications oversight.
