Public Works
Cleaning Up the Neighborhood
The Public Works and Facilities Department is under the direction of Bradley K. Wallace, AIA. This office provides a quality environment for the City of Southaven and ensures that the City's buildings, roadways, streets, and neighborhoods are safe, clean, and attractive.

We are also responsible for the collection and disposal of residential household, solid waste, and recyclable materials. These services are provided once a week. The fees for sanitation are collected through property taxes paid once a year.

If there is an unusual amount of debris or garbage, an additional fee will be charged to your water bill.
