Taking Care of Your Calls
All calls for police, fire, or ambulance service in the City of Southaven go through our Communications Division. The Communications Division consists of the following:
  • One Communications Supervisor
  • Six Shift Supervisors 
  • 11 full-time dispatchers
The Division boasts an enhanced 9-1-1 system and an 800 MHz trunking radio system that allows for constant communications with all emergency services.
