The Arts and Cultural Affairs Department includes Forever Young, a senior adult program that currently has about 1,100 members.

As one of the 21 certified retirement cities in Mississippi, the Hometown Mississippi Retirement Program is a big part of our Department. Our staff  travels all over the state promoting the City of Southaven with MHR.

The Department also includes the Main Street Jazz Band and the Southaven Orchestra.
