Our barbecue contest at Springfest has been a long-standing tradition for our city and this year we hope to make it bigger and better by hosting a dual-sanctioned event for the first time ever. Our contest has always been sanctioned by the Memphis Barbecue Network, but we will be adding the contest sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
