Acknowledgements:

Must be 21 years of age to rent any facility. Alcohol must be approved by the Board of Aldermen. Alcohol usage without consent will result in loss of deposit. Rental fee is due 7 days before usage. The full deposit is due at the time of booking. Deposit refunds will be made after the event and will be approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Aldermen meetings. Rental refunds will only be offered if written notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to usage.
