Effective Monday, April 28, 2025, all credit card payments will incur a 3.95% fee with a minimum charge of $2.00 for each transaction.  These fees are paid directly to the credit card processor.

3. My online water bill payment account says it is locked out. How can I unlock it?

Call the Southaven Utilities Department at (662) 393-7353 and we can unlock your account for you.

4. Can I pay with a credit card?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover in-person at our City Hall Utility location and online.

5. How much does the city charge to have my water turned off for repairs?

We do not charge a fee for turning off water during normal working hours (8am to 5pm * Monday thru Friday)However, we charge $25.00 for any after hour or weekend service calls, which will be added to the water bill
