Can I have an attorney present during my interview with Internal Affairs?

No. Unless the individual is under age that Internal Affairs is interviewing, no other individuals are present during an interview. There are very rare instances when there are extenuating circumstances where a request may be made by the complainant to have an attorney present, but those instances are rare and usually involve criminal allegations.
